Ann Conway
Ann has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors having worked in executive positions including consultancy roles. She has proven success in translating strategic direction into day-to-day activities, working in partnership with key stakeholders which include development and implementation of best-practice HR/safety and business strategies, conflict management and policy and position description development.
Pauline Grima
Pauline has over 25 years of experience in employee and industrial relations having worked in executive positions for both unions and employers across a number of industries. She has extensive experience in implementation of operating models, change management, drafting, negotiating and implementing Enterprise Agreements and development of employment inductions, employment contracts and managing probation periods.
